Dashboard & charts

Each form has a stats dashboard that gives you a live picture of how respondents are engaging with your form.

Opening the dashboard

1. Go to Forms in the sidebar and click the form you want to analyse.
2. The form detail page is the stats dashboard. It loads automatically whenever you open a form.

Summary cards

At the top of the dashboard, three summary cards show:

• Total responses — the number of submissions received so far.
• Last response — the timestamp of the most recent submission.
• Form status — Draft, Published, or Expired.

Response rate chart

A line chart shows the number of responses received per day over the last 30 days. Hover over any point to see the exact count for that day.

Per-field breakdowns

For choice fields (Multiple choice, Checkboxes, Dropdown), a bar chart shows how many respondents selected each option. This makes it easy to spot the most and least popular answers at a glance.

Text fields (Short text, Long text) display a sample of recent answers rather than a chart.

Individual response viewer

Below the charts, a table lists every submission. Click View on any row to see the full set of answers for that respondent.

Refreshing data

The dashboard data is fetched fresh on every page load. Reload the page to see the latest responses.

Exporting

Click Export CSV on the dashboard to download all responses. See CSV export for details.
